Get a good, creamy lighter-than-your-skin colored concealer. Dab a bit at the outer corner of your eyes. Also, dab a little on the inside corners to cover that dark, hollow area.
Using the concealer just under your outer lower lashes with a slight flick upward with help make your outer eyes looks lifted.
Be sure to apply a dab and extended upward and out slightly beyond your natural eye. Always be certain to blend.
You can use a lighter color than you use on the rest of your face (this will give your eye area a beautiful glow).
Dab a little light powder on it for staying power (Laura Mercier Secret Brightening Powder works well).
Curl your lashes before applying mascara. It really helps your eyes look wide open.
A drugstore-brand curler is fine. Warm it a tiny bit with your blow dryer before using it. Your outer eye look lifted, give you a rested and awake look. It works!
